The short version

Discretion is a founding principle of this practice. We collect as little as possible, we never sell or share personal information, and every client identity, session detail, and conversation is held in strict confidence — always, without exception.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you contact us through Telegram or another messaging channel, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name on that platform and your message. This stays between you and us.
• Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how pages are used (pages visited, approximate region, device type). This data is anonymised and is not connected to your enquiries.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
• We never publish client names, testimonials with identifying detail, or session information without explicit written consent.
• We never send unsolicited marketing. If you enquire, we reply personally; if the conversation ends, so does our contact.

Messaging platforms

Conversations happen on platforms you choose (such as Telegram or WhatsApp), which have their own privacy policies. We recommend Telegram for those who prefer additional discretion, and we're happy to accommodate whichever channel feels most comfortable.

Data retention & requests

Enquiry conversations are retained only as long as needed to arrange and support your sessions. You may ask us at any time to delete our conversation history and any notes relating to you, and we will do so promptly.
